Rules of the Government Accountability Office Contract Appeals Board for the Government Printing Office and Other Designated Agency Appeals

These rules of procedure are hereby adopted and promulgated pursuant to Government Accountability Office Procurement Order No. 0625.1; letter dated September 15, 2005 of the Capitol Preservation Commission and the Committees on Appropriations of the U.S. Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives; and letter dated February 14, 2006 of the House Office Building Commission. The rules are for cases filed before Oct 1, 2007.
