CPI oversees efforts to maximize GAO’s value by:
- Refining standardized processes to improve workflow efficiency, enhance management oversight, and ensure consistent, measurable outcomes
- Empowering staff with tools to enhance work processes, increase efficiency, and facilitate agile, cost-effective, data-driven decision-making
CPI also works with staff at all levels across GAO to harness differing perspectives to develop creative solutions.
