Office of Opportunity & Inclusiveness (O&I)
O&I helps GAO promote and maintain a work environment that is fair, unbiased, and inclusive by:
- Running GAO’s discrimination complaint process and comprehensive Anti-Harassment Policy
- Maintaining GAO’s training on harassment, discrimination, and bystander intervention, and on the related policies and processes
- Advising the Executive Committee and senior staff on equal employment opportunity (EEO) issues
- Reviewing GAO's human capital policies and practices and recommending changes
- Working with advisory groups and employee organizations
- Supporting audit teams on reports involving EEO issues
